Excellent lessons and tasty lunch

An excellent guide to pasta making by Mel who give clear instructions and demonstrations of all the practical steps and then we had a fun opportunity to have a go - and you get to eat the results. Yum!

Pasta Heaven

I just wanted to share how much my daughter, Zoë, and I recently enjoyed attending a pasta-making workshop at Ground Up Cookery. It was such a great experience from start to finish! We knew we were in for a treat when we entered the warm and inviting kitchen. The instructor, Mel, was incredibly skilled, super friendly, and patient. She made the whole pasta-making process seem so accessible and fun!

Zoë was over the moon to get her hands into the dough, and I was thrilled to see her so engaged and excited about cooking. The hands-on experience allowed us to take time with each step, from kneading the dough to shaping our pasta. We were able to savour the entire process.

The best part was getting to taste our delicious creations at the end. Thanks to the expert guidance, our pasta turned out mouth-watering! It was more than just a cooking class; it was a memorable bonding experience. We left with full stomachs, a deeper appreciation for the art of pasta making, and, most importantly, big smiles on our faces. We're already looking forward to our next session! It was a five-star experience!

Thank you Adele, we are so please you both had a good time. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

Fantastic Pasta!

What a brilliant course! Excellent for adults and those older children that have mastered cupcakes and want something a bit more grown up as it’s a great cookery confidence building course (and you realise that homemade pasta dishes are so delicious). Thanks all!

Thank you Jo and so lovely to hear that Tommy is now cooking for you at home.
