Overview
This fun workshop is open to all ages and abilities. Join us for some delightful Autumnal baking, making the most of seasonal ingredients. Recipes will include:
- A proper (and particularly delicious) Apple Strudel.
- Pear and almond tart.
- Real custard made from scratch.
What You'll Learn
In this workshop, you will learn how to make:
- Real strudel pastry (absolutely no frozen filo here!) to create one of Europe’s finest "apple pies".
- A foolproof shortcrust recipe.
- Frangipane filling.
- Poached pears.
- Real custard.
Participation Details
- Children: Children are welcome if paying the full ticket price and are accompanied by a full-paying adult. As all children are different, it is impossible to give a minimum age, but as a guideline, we suggest age 7 years and above. Children will be treated as full-paying guests and will be the responsibility of the parents and guardians.
- Group Bookings: This would make an excellent bespoke course for large groups and team days. If you wish to discuss further, please get in touch.
